Hi all, Have an old, F5-421, been advised it cannot be upgraded beyond 5.1.145, it had been working OK for sometime in Isolation mode, now I keep losing access every few days and have to manually force a shutdown and restart. The device responds to pings, but none of the shares, webpage or SSH conne...

Have the exact same problem.
The F4-220, powers on, all 4 drive LED's are red and remain red. No network connectivity.

Seems like a failed board. Anyone found a replacement board we could purchase?

Had to turn the NAS off and on again... now working for now

Yes, I found out the hard way.

Had to restore by plugging USB in to my computer and transferring the files back.

Long and slow process and had to use my desktop computer, leaving it running over 48 hours!

Restore path should be flexible on USB Copy!!!

I had problems with 5 when it was first released, only seeing 2 of 4 ethernet cards on my F5-421. was told be Terramaster it's a hardware issue! went back to 4.2.40 and all four ethernet ports work?
5.1.131 is showing all four at the moment. but seem to have other bugs...!

Trying to review control panel and USB drive cannot be seen, tried to check rsync jobs which I am sure I created and those are not there either?
