Whats the best way to backup up this hard drive? Other than copy and paste?

Is there a way of removing the 20tb disk without backing up as I dont have any more hard drives to back up to. I've got almost 7tb of data on the smaller hd. I've only got a 2 bay nas as well.

I've recently added a second hard drive (20TB) to my nas and I synced it to my orginal hard drive (8TB), but the storage pool is still only showing the capacity as 8TB.
