If you are happy with cli scripting you could set up a 'triggered' schedule task (on shutdown/boot/whatever) to mount/dismount folders. {Seems to me the security is in the encryption, not the accessibility} Or, are you saying the folders are somehow mounted unencrypted after shutdown/reboot?
