Ok, it's confirmed, the HDD is broken.

I can feel by touch that HDD 1 is not spinning

but I only see one hard drive..maybe the other one broke
however on the front I see the HDD lights on

it's second Time to my TNAS f2-210 that i have this issue.
I lose the network folders , can no longer access the TOS screen and it prompts me for the wizard to restore the configuration.
The only thing I can do is get into SSH

can anyone help me, i don't wanno lose my data !!
