I can feel by touch that HDD 1 is not spinning

after restart screened factory settings
hello everyone,
it's second Time to my TNAS f2-210 that i have this issue.
I lose the network folders , can no longer access the TOS screen and it prompts me for the wizard to restore the configuration.
The only thing I can do is get into SSH
can anyone help me, i don't wanno lose my data !!
