after restart screened factory settings

hello everyone,
it's second Time to my TNAS f2-210 that i have this issue.
I lose the network folders , can no longer access the TOS screen and it prompts me for the wizard to restore the configuration.
The only thing I can do is get into SSH

can anyone help me, i don't wanno lose my data !!

What is your TNAS model and TOS version?
According to your description, I guess it is TOS4. If you come to the wizard configuration screen when booting, it means your file system (volume) is not mounted successfully.
Please refer to this guide to check and repair the possible file system (volume):

I followed the guide but it doesn't work for me.

It looks worse, it may not even have a combined RAID, and thus not be able to continue to activate and mount the lv (volume).
Please run these and copy their output:

but I only see one hard drive..maybe the other one broke :(
however on the front I see the HDD lights on
