[Help] F5-221 will not boot
I have a new-to-me F5-221. When I switch it on, I get no boot, no output from HDMI, and all of the drive lights are permanently on (not flashing) and the LAN light is not lit. There are no drives installed, and the TNAS PC For Windows app cannot find the NAS on the network. Please can someone help me determine what's wrong?

This model has been discontinued for several years. Based on your description, there may be a hardware issue.

The cause was an incompatible RAM module, supplied to me by the previous owner. I removed the RAM module and the device booted without issue.
