[Help] Terramaster is regularly unreachable.

I've been running my Terramaster for some months. Since a few weeks, the Terramaster is unreachable from https (browser and TNAS PC) and SMB every few days. To solve it I shut down and restart the Terramaster with the physical button, then it works again for a while.

Setup:
- Terramaster F6-424 Max
- 2x NVMe installed. (1 TOS6 (Volume 1), 1 read cache)
- 4x 20TB HDD (TRAID+) (Volume 2)
- 2x LAN connected directly to 2 ports of FritzBox 4040 router, set up with link aggregation.

During issue:
- HDD LED's are solid (I assume HDD's are not spinning)
- LED's of LAN are on.
- Fans are running (Settings are set to max fan speed)
- TNAS also not shown as an active connection on the Router interface.

How do I prevent this from happening and fix this?
What is the issue? and is it Hardware or Software?

It is quite frustrating, especially when I'm remote of the TNAS.

If I can provide any additional information, please let me know.

Best regards

We are really sorry for the inconvenience, please check your drives health first viewtopic.php?t=1125
You may go to TOS desktop dock bar>"Support and Help", enable debug mode, when you can access TOS again after unreachable issue happens, then generate debug log for us to troubleshoot.
