[Help] F2-424 won't turn on.

I have a brand new F2-424. In the first week, I decided to upgrade the memory and install an NVMe drive (I followed the tutorial here from the forum and checked the compatibility list), but it didn't work. I removed the NVMe drive and reinstalled the original memory. Now the NAS won't turn on. When I press the power button, it doesn't turn on, and no lights come on, neither network nor power or beep sounds... the only light that comes on is when I press the reset button on the motherboard, but I've tried holding it for 10, 15, or even 30 seconds and it didn't work. I also tried resetting the BIOS, as mentioned here, but that didn't work either.

The only cables I keep connected during my tests are the power cable, the HDMI cable, and the network cable. I performed some tests with the power supply using a multimeter, and it indicates 12V, which seems to be correct.

Please, if anyone can help me or offer guidance, it would be a great help, as I'm in Brazil, and there's no Terramaster support here.

Please first reinstall the original memory module into the device and then power it on to check if the device can boot up normally. If you replace the memory, please wait patiently for 2-5 minutes after powering on, as the BIOS needs to perform an adaptation verification process after the memory is replaced, which may take some time.

Good morning and thank you for the quick reply.

As I mentioned in the original post, after identifying the problem, I reinstalled all the original hardware that came with the equipment, in this case the memory. I tried to perform a reset, and the light only comes on, it doesn't blink. And it doesn't beep at all or starts the fan.

I did a small test of turning it on without the memory and the same behavior occurs. I don't know how this hardware works, but I imagined that turning it on without memory would at least emit a beep or the fan would start, but nothing happens with or without the memory.

If your device emits a single "beep" after powering on, it typically indicates that the motherboard is still functioning. However, if there is no sound at all, it suggests a potential hardware failure with the motherboard.

To assist you with the after-sales process, please provide the following information:

Sounds like a motherboard or PSU issue, especially with no beeps or fan activity at all.
