NAS reinitinialisation

Is there any way to reinitialise the NAS AND wipe all the drives to switch from RAID 5 to RAID 10?

By the way, I am using a F5-422 with TOS 4.1.30.

Do have have wanted data in the HDDs? You should backup the data first.
Then you can delete the current volume and storage pool, and create a new storage pool and configure it as RAID10.
