[Help] Remote Access not working

Hi,
I have a F8 SSD Plus, and everythings looks ok. But still nobody can connect with the NAS from outside.
If I'm in the control panel as an Admin, the connection with remote access seems to be ok.
I already rebooted the NAS, and also reconnected the NAS in the Control Panel. But still no joy.
When I connect with the tnas.online link, I get a 504 error. Is the online server down?
It was working until today.
How can i fix this?

I can also not login on the website with my account. I still can login to the forum, but I can't login on the regular website

What account are you referring to? The Synology account on the official website and the account on the forum are different; they belong to different servers.

Salve, ieri ho reinstallato il mio Tos da zero e da allora errore 504-Gateway Timeout.
Ho cercato in ogni modo di risolvere visto che continua a darmelo come operativo in locale, ma da remoto non ne vuole proprio sapere.
Ho inviato un ticket al supporto che mi ha fatto sapere che studieranno i miei rapporti di sistema.
Intanto chiedo a voi visto che oggi e' il terzo giorno che ho questo F2-425, e vengo da un QNAP, non vorrei pentirmi di averlo preso.
Grazie in anticipo a chi mi aiuterà su questa cosa.
P.S. ieri ho installato la beta di TOS7 e tutto era tornato a funzionare, poi l'ho dovuta disinstallare perché l'app center era vuoto e non c' e' stato modo di farlo funzionare.

Mi scuso per il disagio causato. In precedenza, c'erano alcune anomalie con il server TNAS Online, ma ora sono state risolte. Ti prego di riprovare a connetterti.
