After updating my TNAS to the latest TOS version, SMB file access has become noticeably slow (long folder loading times and lag when copying small files), even though CPU and RAM usage remain low. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or found a reliable cause or fix?

Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Issue Report, then send it to our technical support email ([email protected]). We will analyze it. Also, include the link to this post in the body of the email.
