Target Users:
Users currently running TOS 7.0.0299 beta or later versions.

Note:
If your TOS version is TOS 6, please refer to the TOS 7 beta update instructions first

Here, we sincerely thank user @weerasak、@jdcesari、@samius、@PeteBest、@Aritoc、@urb4n、@Nibenor、@joka388、@koalakoala and others, for their sharing and feedback. It is your support that has enabled us to quickly identify and resolve some issues.

Update Notes
Bugs fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where message notifications could not be properly deleted when they accumulated excessively.
2. Fixed an issue where the page displayed abnormally after deleting directories in the Time Machine Backup page.
3. Fixed an issue where interface errors might occur during system disk migration.
4. Fixed an issue where desktop shortcuts were not synchronously deleted after uninstalling applications.
5. Fixed an issue where icons for individual applications failed to update automatically after application updates.
6. Fixed an issue where traffic control rules originally applied to BOND interfaces would disappear after enabling OVS.
7. Fixed an issue where the edit button was not grayed out when volumes were displayed as damaged.
8. Fixed an issue where email notifications were not triggered for bad sectors and abnormal SMART values in installation packages.
9. Fixed an issue where the automatic boot option failed to reset successfully after restoring system configuration.

Others:
Due to the kernel architecture upgrade in TOS 7, the VirtualBox application will no longer be compatible with subsequent versions and will be removed from the App Center.
We recommend that users who still rely on this feature migrate their existing virtual machines to the officially supported VMs (Virtual Machines) application to ensure continued functionality.
For migration instructions, please refer to the technical documentation: https://toshelp.terra-master.com/faq/vm ... Box-to-VMs

What is new:
1. Added support for mounting remote folders via 115, Aliyun Drive, and S3 protocol.
2. Optimized the text display effect on the resource dashboard.
3. Optimized the template information when importing users.

Important Information:
1.Updating the system theoretically will not affect the data on your hard drives, but for safety, please make sure to back up your data in advance.
2.Before updating, ensure that your primary volume (usually volume1) has at least 3GB of available space. Insufficient storage space may cause the update to fail.
3.After the update, the IP address of your TNAS may change. Please use the TNAS PC desktop client to search for and reconnect to the device.

Update Procedure:
1.Go to TOS > Control Panel > General Settings > System > Update, and click "Check for updates."
2.Follow the prompts to update the system.
3.After the system update is complete, you may need to refresh your browser.
4.The TNAS IP address may change after the update. If you cannot connect to your TNAS using the previous IP address, use the TNAS PC client to search for the new IP address.

Client Downloads:
1. Download TNAS PC 5.2.506 for Windows OS.
2. Download TNAS PC 5.2.506 for macOS (x86 and ARM architectures).
3. Download TNAS PC 5.2.506 for macOS (ARM architecture).
4. Download TNAS PC for Linux.
5. Download TNAS Mobile 3.X for Android.
6. For iOS, experience TNAS Mobile 3.X via: https://testflight.apple.com/join/wFWYABJS.

After reboot GUI looks OK.

Notice a (continuing?) issue with ClamAV. Using desktop icon, drops to App Center and shows as not Enabled. After enabling (again) there are no reports indicating that ClamAV has run (daily) as scheduled. There is a previous report of a run (which I suspect is one I did manually). Whether it is actually running on schedule is anyone's guess from the GUI information. Why no "Last scan/Next scan" indicator? I think I have to rescind any previous comments that it was working OK. IJDK. NFFP?

There is a known issue where if the number of scheduled tasks in the application exceeds the number of scheduled tasks in the control panel, it will cause scheduled task anomalies. This issue will be fixed in subsequent versions.

This particular model is a very basic setup. There are NO scheduled tasks in the control panel <Scheduled Tasks>. Are you saying I have to create "bogus" scheduled tasks in order for Clam AV to run a scheduled task? :?

F4-424. After updating the software, Nas did not boot up and required an additional reboot (power off using the button).
TNAS Mobile app version 3.5.044. Error accessing shared folder: "The user does not have sufficient rights to perform this operation." Login is performed as a user with superuser rights. Reading and writing are enabled for this user on NAS. What can I check?
