[Help]
Hello! Last night I installed 2 HDDs and 1 ssd in 223. I installed TOS on the ssd and started creating a pool on the hdd in the raid, and synchronization started. In the morning, according to the messages, I see that the synchronization is completed at half past one. And another message says that the pool was not created because the disks were removed or damaged. The disks are new, and they've been checked by Victoria. What did I do wrong?

It sounds like a very strange situation.
Please generate and download the system report package in TOS Desktop > Technical Support > Report Issues, then download and send it to us for inspection.
This may allows us to better and faster judge the problem and come up with a solution.

I have reviewed the system report you provided. It appears that your two HDDs may have been unplugged while in operation. Additionally, the NAS is continuously reporting errors related to the UPS. You can try restarting the NAS. Furthermore, you can update to the latest TOS6, which might fix or better adapt to your UPS.

Вот именно, уведомления приходят что отсоединен диск1, в другой раз отсутствует диск2. А они стоят в отсеках и после перезапуска хранилища они появляются, пока обратно не придет уведомление что диск вынули. Из 2 моих ибп, хранилище ни одно не видит. Стоит крайняя прошивка.

Not sure if the storage pool issue is related to the UPS. Perhaps you could consider trying to connect directly to the utility power and see if there are still any storage pool-related anomalies?
If you have updated to the latest TOS6 and the UPS connection problem persists, you can wait for our subsequent official TOS7 version, as we have some fixes and optimizations in it.
