[Help] System Load Spiking Every Hour

Every hour, on the hour, my NAS's system load will spike to 100% this causes slowness and seems to often fully crash the system. Around this same time the CPU jumps to over 30% utilization when the idle baseline is around 3-5%. The memory jumps to 50%-60% with a baseline of 30%. I tried checking the running processes during one of these spikes but was not able to see anything using that many resources. the WebUI also froze at one point and I had to refresh to get back to it. This is a new issue as of a month or so. I was not running into any issues with slowness and crashing before this.
I am running Jellyfin, Tailscale, Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr, and qbittorrentvpn. All but Jellyfin and Tailscale are ran via Docker. This is a F4-424 on TOS6
What could be doing this and is it something I can disable?

I will certainly do this.
I was able to finally catch what process was running to take up so much resources. It appears that every hour, on the hour and for about 5-10 minutes, the processes btrfs-transaction and btrfs-cleaner are constantly using 100% CPU. I was able to view this information but looking at the data collected from the "top" command

btrfs-transaction and btrfs-cleaner are kernel threads in the Linux kernel's Btrfs file system, responsible for background maintenance of the file system. They run every hour. Have you enabled scheduled snapshots, including file system snapshots or shared folder snapshots?

I have no scheduled tasks set up besides a daily restart. I do not believe I have any kind of snapshots set up but I am also not sure where to find that setting.
If those are tasks that are supposed to run every hour, are they supposed to be using that many resources?

In btrfs file system, when tons of files uploaded or deleted, the file system need some times to update its metadata, it cause btrfs-transaction and btrfs-cleaner processes busy. did such scenario happen on your device?

The log file mentioned by Roy is the system report I mentioned earlier. Have you sent it to the support email and marked it with the forum post link? If you have sent it but haven't received a reply yet, please provide your email via the email station message.
