When I try to setup a Duple backup on a device running TOS 7 I get an error message saying that the source and target systems need to have the same Duple backup version. Is there a plan to release 2.2.020 for TOS 6?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Duplicate backup. For TOS6, please follow the official website update notification.

Hello! TOS 6 is currently being adapted to DB_Ver 2.2, and a new version update will be released soon. Going forward, we will keep the features and versions of TOS 6 and TOS 7 in sync. Thank you for your patience.

Hello,
I have installed TOS 7.0.0601 on an F4-425 NAS to test the "Duplicate Backup" application.
On the other end, I have installed "Duplicate Backup Vault" as requested on an F4-425 NAS running TOS 6.0.794.
In the backup settings, the only destination option available is ‘public’.
And when I start a backup, I get an error message :
"backup failed for [task_1].(Error:Stat /Volume1/XX départs: no such files or directory)"

Generally, you can back up data between the latest TOS7 and TOS6 using Duplicate Backup (Vault).
Regarding your issue where you can only select the public directory, this is typically due to restricted permissions on the account you are using. If you wish to select additional folders with this account, please edit the permissions for the account on the NAS (TOS6) where the Duplicate Backup Vault is located.
As for the error message you mentioned, it is likely caused by a change in the LAN IP or directory on the TOS6 NAS, or a lack of permissions for subfolders within that directory.
