Notifications to Email

I've configured the email notifications, and have sent several successful test emails; however I never seem to get emails when I get notifications in TOS. When I log into TOS, I see that I have notifications (top right), and I can see my successful backup notifications, but never get them via email. I also had a few HDD temperature alerts (before I adjusted the fan speed), and I didn't get those via email either. Is this expected, or is something not working properly? Can anyone comment on whether they have email alerts working?

Not all the notifications will be sent via email at the moment. Only message "hard drive is missing" will be informed by email. Other information will be shown at Notification center. It will be changed in later version.

This would be great!
A list of things to send emails about would be awesome:
Temperature
HDD failure
root login via SSH
I don't know what else.
