[Help] Cannot access Data.

Good day all,
I had a TerraMaster f2-212 or something like that, well the unit just died on me I had moved over a few folders to it so I could reformat my PC I had not gotten to the TNAS to put local copies back on my computer yet. The TNAS unit completely failed, no boot, no initializing when I did get it to boot. Just a brick. I now have a newer model and I want to get the data off my drives, the new unit wants to format the drives. I have a decent USB HDD reader, the computer recognizes a drive has been seated, but not that it's actually there. Nothing in disk management, under my computer in explorer, nothing. I looked and it seems that the TNAS I had used TOS 5 or TOS5.1 as it's operating system. Is there any way I can get those folders? (I know I should have redundant backups but I just started my home network setup and hadn't gotten very far yet.)
Thanks for any and all response's
OS: Windows 11 Professional.
TNAS: f2-212 (after researching I verified model)
Custom PC.
