Hi,
I have a F4 424 Max, I have the last TOS6 version and I try to setup a vpn client connection (NordVPN) but without success. Could someone explain me how to do that please ? I have an openvpn file from Nordvpn.
Thx!
Phil

To quickly pinpoint the issue, we need your assistance in obtaining the logs generated when the connection failed.
Please proceed with the following steps:
1. In the Support and Help section of TOS Desktop, enable Debug Mode.
2. Attempt to connect to a VPN server (even if you expect it to fail).
3. Export the logs through the Report Issue module.
4. Send the exported log files to our technical support team for analysis.

Hi, thank you for your answer.
I'm not that far. For the moment I try to setup the connection. I have a single file (from nordvpn) but I don't know how to use it. For instance the certificate is in the nodvpn's file.
Thx,
Phil

Have you sent the system report to our support email:
[email protected] as instructed by RyanYang? If not, please re-collect and send it, and include the link to this post in the body of the email.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
I'm not yet able to provide a system report because I cannot setup the vpn client connection. I have a openvpn NordVpn file which contains the parameters AND the certificat. Unfortunately with TOS6 I need to give 2 files. One for the Openvpn parameters and another one with the certificat so I don't how to proceed. Do I need to extract the certificat from the file and how ?
Best,
P

You can log in from the local area network, collect system reports and debug logs, and send them to us for analysis. You can also attach your VPN file in the email.
