[Help] F2-220 not connecting

It's been working fine (including all of yesterday) but cannot now be reached on the network.
Nothing when you ping it and just not showing up at all. It's on LAN1 and the mobile app says Unable to access remotely.
Connecting using CAT6 via the hub doesn't do anything either so it can't be the wireless connectivity.
Why now? Can anyone help? I can't retrieve the details. I realise this might not be achievable without more info.
Any ideas? Obviously I've turned it off and on again

Hello, can you find the NAS through TNAS PC or by entering tnas.local in the browser?
If not, try removing all hard disks and powering on, then observe how many beeps you can hear and whether you can find the NAS.

I have the same issue today, been working fine with no issues for the past 3 years been working perfectly then boom dead. When i reboot the nas i get no beeps at all and the LAN light is not on. I can hear the hard drives spinning up though.
I cannot find the nas using TNAS PC or through the browser.
Is there anyway to get the 19tb of data of the drives without forking out for a new nas.

You can connect the hard disk to the computer, mount it manually, and read the data.

I have 4 drives though so are you saying i can just plug the 4 drives into my PC and i will see all the data on the drives?

Last night i re flashed a USB and i got it working, it booted up. so i started transfer data from it. this morning when i went back to it the system was dead again and i now cannot access it. i tried re flashing the USB again but will not boot or anything. Any ideas why i worked last night and is dead again?

Sorry, I'm unable to directly provide the specific reasons for the NAS crash. Please confirm whether you can hear three consecutive beeps when the NAS is powered on without any hard drives installed. If you hear three consecutive beeps, you can try reinstalling the TOS system, which usually helps restore system access.

It should be noted that the F2-220 model is relatively old, and we have ceased maintenance for this model. For more detailed information, please refer to this link: viewtopic.php?t=6910.
