[Help] TNAS 6.0.794

Hello!
I'm having an issue since upgrading to TNAS 6 from TNAS 5 where my UPS connected via USB no longer gets detected.
I'm also having a load of other slightly frustrating issues...
Here's what I've done
[TNAS OS 5] - Backed up ALL data and configuration files
[TNAS OS 6] - Initially worked fine, I had to recover from nothing though as a further update seemed to have crashed the system - no biggie, I could have done something wrong and everything was backed up, so I nuked everything and re-installed. This worked, now on the latest TOS version.
[UPS - not working]
This is not listed under supported models (PowerWalker 1500V) however worked just fine on TOS 5. I use the TNAS as a NUT server with Home Assistant elsewhere on my network so that's kinda broken that integration. Not the end of the world but frustrating seeing as this worked before.
[User Accounts - working]
The backup of user accounts on TOS 5 was... Not great. User accounts would not be restored even on the same version as the password was missing. Okay, fine. I backed up the full system config instead and restored on TOS 6 - this worked and passwords were the same, awesome!
[Settings - Partially working]
Well, everything did get restored from the old to new version in relation to settings, except now they appear to be immutable - I cannot change the port of the web GUI. Even if it say it was changed, I'm stuck with the default ports (5443 for HTTPS for example). Again, not the end of the world but TNAS.online no longer works and the default HTTP to HTTPS redirection directs to the expected port 3443 - even though the system responds on 5443. When trying to modify the settings to port HTTPS according to settings back to 5443, it errors out saying it's already in use... Great. So, that's broken.
SNMP - that just doesn't work. Changing the setting here does nothing.
Everything else works fine and I can't just not use the old config file because I need the user accounts. I also have groups and specific permissions on folders / user storage areas so this is out of the question.
Rolling back to TOS 5 might be an option but I don't want to remain on an outdated TOS version when a newer version is available. After all, outdated systems are more prone to vulnerabilities (more so when networked)
[Specs]
NAS: TerraMaster F2-422 with Intel CPU, 100/1000/10000 NIC and 2x12TB RAID1 HDD
UPS: PowerWalker VI 1500 CSW IEC UK 360W, 10121129
Any ideas would be much appreciated if anyone knows of any kind of fix without having to nuke the system again or remove user accounts.
Thanks in advance!
