Port Forward from Xfi Gateway

I have not been able to access my F2-421content remotely.
I have enabled UPnP and the device shows up as connected to my Xfi Gateway via ethernet, but when open the drop down menu of available devices to port forward it is the only one that doesn't show up.
It states that Xfi routers cannot forward to IPv6 and that I would need to disable IPv6 on my device. So I can try that, but not sure how on terramaster device.
