After I reboot my F4-423 Cloudsync disables synchronization with Dropbox.
I have to enable it manually.
Problem when working remotely.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

This is not the normal operation of CloudSync-Dropbox. There must be some other reason causing it.

Could you please tell me what version of TOS and CloudSync app you are using?

Have you been running a large number of apps, services, virtual machines, containers, or custom-installed services simultaneously? If there are many programs running, the relevant services may not have had enough time to start completely. Perhaps waiting for a while would help.

TOS version is 6.0.783-01200

Cloudsync version is 3.2.030

Not a lot running. No virtual box. Just cloudsync and USBbackup.

Update: This happened twice after a power failure.
So when The NAS boots and does not find network/internet connection, cloudsync disables the task. It does not try again.

We are trying to reproduce the situation you mentioned and need more information to troubleshoot the issue.
Please contact the technical support email and send them the following two items:
CloudSync logs, which can be exported from CloudSync - Logs.
System report: TOS Desktop > Technical Support > Report Issues.
Please also attach the URL of this post and your forum nickname so we know it's you.

As of now, it is known that when there is a network anomaly and the task cannot be executed, the task will be disabled. We will try to optimize the relevant logic in the future. Regarding your frequent encounters with task disablement, do you have any understanding of the causes of network anomalies?

As I said, I had two power failures. I have a smart switch to turn on/off the router so there is some delay when power comes back. SO the NAS was rebooting faster than the router and that's how I noticed that.
