Allow TNAS PC realtime updates NOT to be aggressive
and have delay on re updates, meaning allow a time settable minimum time before retrigering realtime updates.
this is because some app are having sharing violations or update violations due to files being updated or used by TNAS

If you want to set a certain time interval for backups, you can choose the scheduled backup mode, with the minimum time interval being 1 hour.
