My father wants me to return it to the Terramaster Bios. I tried a lot. but i cant get it to start from the Stick i made. Maybe i even have the wrong stuff for the stick or use the completly wrong stuff. No guide i found seemed to work.
So what do i have to do to get back to Terramaster from linux?

Are you saying that you are using another BIOS?
If you have only modified the BIOS settings, you can restore the factory BIOS settings by pressing F3+F4.
Regarding the creation of a USB drive for booting and guiding the system, please refer to: viewtopic.php?t=6433

The boot stick sadly does not work. I will ask also in the other post if people know what to do.

I think the 'BIOS' you mentioned should refer to the 'OS'. (They are different things.) You probably want to switch from a previous Linux OS to the TOS system designed for NAS. When booting with a USB init boot containing only TOS, you can start the initialization process. If there is an M.2 SSD with another OS inside the NAS, you can refer to this method to enter the initialization process:

I will try that. and yes i meant os. but sadly it does not work. there is nor difference in pressing the reset button or not pressing it. and i am not sure what the 3 point "Use the TNAS PC software to re-scan the TNAS device and follow the prompts to start the TOS system initialization process again." means.
i t still just beeps if i restart. and does nothing afterwwards. so i am still stuck. i even tried it wit and without the ssds.

Is your system installed on an M.2 hard disk? The third point means installing the TNAS PC software on your Windows or other operating system computer, searching for the NAS, entering the initialization page, and then installing TOS.

To be honest i have no clue where it was and is installed. i just tried other guides and removed every disc and try getting it started of the initboot usb stick.

After installing TNAS PC, can you find the NAS? You can refer to this post to troubleshoot step by step: viewtopic.php?t=3815&sid=8f39661de1ac63 ... 78d00431b8
