I've been able to log into it yesterday, but today, I go to put in the password, I hit log in, and it boots me back to the log on screen. No matter what browser I use, If i put in a wrong password it will say so, but nothing gets me through. I've tried power cycling it to no avail. Any other ideas?

Is the hard drive you have installed a compatible hard drive?

Everything fits, the lights are all on and blink occasionally, but i'm unable to log into/access the device. I can navigate the files If i open up a window through my network, but I'm unable to open the files. If i try through my browser, it's worked in the past.

Try with a different recommanded brower, if you still encounter the same issue, please write an email to the tech team and ask them to check for you.
