Is there an error message when starting up? Please provide a screenshot.

No message other than "configuration saved" after pressing "start" then nothing happens on any of the 4 drives.
Went to terminal to to see if "fio" command is present.

Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Issue Report, then send it to our technical support email (
[email protected]). We will analyze it.
