[Help] Emby Server 502 and 404 Errors

Hi all.

Long long long story, but the short(ish) version is this:

1) TNAS web interface stopped responding

2) Had to resort to reinstalling TNAS OS and changing  the IP of the device to avoid any cache issues

3) Emby ceased to work with 502 Bad Gateway errors

4) Uninstalled Emby, and reinstalled. Emby still not working, this time with 404 Not Found errors

I'm suspecting some config or database file issues and so on. So, I want to try this:

1) Uninstall Emby again

2) Delete all left over files and folders

3) SSH into TNAS and delete:-

           Hidden user 'emby'

Any hidden groups that 'emby' has been added to (I have 2 it seems that have carried forward from before the OS reinstall that no longer appear in the GUI)

4) Reinstall Emby and see if this fixes the problem.

I'm stuck at step 3. I can't seem to find any commands that work. 'gpasswd' is Permission Denied, and groupdel gives a permission denied error along with an "unable to lock" message.

Anyone know what SSH commands I can use on the Terramaster to delete users / groups?

Please inform us of the TNAS model and TOS version.
Are there similar issues with the launch and usage of other applications?
You can try checking and repairing the file system.

You may also consider deleting or renaming the original Emby folder (TOS4: /home/emby, TOS5/6: Shared Folder Emby).
