Volume and Shared folder configuration?

I am looking for some advice (or some guides? literature?) on how to configure my new Terra master NAS. 2 human users ( secure and non secure documenst / files, Multimedia: Plex and Calibre book server and my own cloud for working douments and backup for various windows PC, Linux PC, Android tv boxes, Android Phones, etc.
