[Help] [Helfen]

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a TerraMaster F4-424 Max with 2 x 1TB NVME from Lexar as Raid1 system drives, and upgraded to 32Gb RAM. So far, everything is running smoothly.
I have now installed a few apps, including the Surveillance app. I wanted to try it out and encountered the following problem: I was able to connect the first camera (listed in the compatibility list) without any problems, but a second camera of exactly the same model rejected it with the error message “Password/ID does not match.” However, I know that the data is correct, and creating a new password and ID leads to the same error. I have already restarted the app and camera, but the error remains the same. Has anyone else had this experience and how did they solve it?
