Randomly drops off from network and device need to be turned off and on again

Troubleshooting
1. Initialization of new device stuck at Format RAID;
2. Device goes offline randomly and need to be turned off and on again to access it.
Applicable model:
All TNAS models.
Cause:
It's possibly that there is bad block and sector in the hard drives.
Instruction:
Please download and install the following professional inspection tool on your computer to scan your hard drives.

Notes:
Only Windows OS is supported.
Please select EXTENDED TEST to perform the inspection, the result of SMART Status and QUICK TEST inspection may be not accurate.
Do not execute ERASE otherwise your data in the HDDs would be wiped.
