Plex NAS Volume + USB Volume? *having issues*

I have an f4-423, 4x hdds in it, working perfectly since i got it. My issue is I added a usb 14tb drive just to hold some stuff i didn't care about having redundancy to save space off the main nas volume. I'll run through what I did and whats happening.

-Connected USB drive
-Created pool/volume
-Created share and folders
-Set user and plex app permissions
-Added new folders to current plex libraries. No new libraries created.

When i add a movie to the usb volume, plex finds the movie, adds it etc, it plays fine and all the normal behaviors.
However, when i delete the movie. Plex doesn't automatically remove it like it does for volume 1. It just say's "unavailable" in the info. (yes, ive rescanned and cleared the trash can). I've double checked permissions, double checked plex. It shouldn't be a plex issue really, since this behavior doesn't happen on volume 1, and volume 1 and 2 are in the same library sharing the same settings. My gut tells me this is something to do with the fact its a USB drive, or its an issue with how plex is installed on the nas maybe. I'm not sure. I've deleted the volume, changed it from btrfs to ext4, checked and checked app permissions and user permissions. It should be working fine. I'm stuck here and running out of boxes to un/check and settings to change so any help would be greatly appreciated. About the only thing i haven't done is uninstall plex and redo that, but i really don't want to.

Hello, based on your description, it seems to be a USB mounting issue.
