F2-224 + USB Wifi Dongle, AC600 (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CZTS57NY)

Plugged in the Dongle expecting it to work but ofcourse it doesn't.

Can't find anything in the limited documentation.

Help.

TOS 5.x/6.x specifically only support Realtek 8812AU & 8812BU based adapters.

The adapter in your link is RTL8821AU based.

It needs to have a specific driver for each wifi dongle. Please pick the recommended model indicated on the TOS wifi settings page. Or you need to find the driver from wifi dongle supplier, and use apt installation via the terminal.
