What is the best way to restore data from backup to NAS?

I just converted my TRAID array to JBOD, need to restore data from external USB backup drives that were made using USB Copy. Is USB Copy the best tool for the job for restoring the data to my new JBOD on the NAS. It is an F4-423 running TOS 5.1.
