I tested the TNAS Mobile app today to back up my photos. However, the backup always stops at 12 out of 15,776 photos. Even after an hour, no additional photos are uploaded, and no error message appears. I’ve tried stopping and restarting the backup several times, but it doesn’t help.
Both the TOS6 system and the iPhone app are up to date.

What is your phone model and OS version? which version mobile app you installed?

iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 26.0.1 and the TNAS Mobile version is: 3.4.038.
TOS Version is: 6.0.783

All versions are up to date.

Thank you for your feedback. iOS 26 was released relatively recently, so there may be compatibility issues with apps. We will report this to our lab for verification. Alternatively, you can find the files in the Files app/My iPhone/TNAS mobile directory and send them to [email protected] and [email protected]. Having logs with specific symptoms can help us better identify the issue.

I just wanted to give a quick update.
The technical team has confirmed the issue and is working on a fix. A future update of the TNAS app will address the problem.

Is this marked as solved because the app has been fixed? I am facing the same issue and same setup as described in the post.

As a piggy back on this thread. Does the team know if there are issues with latest TOS7 and iphone TNAS app for photo uploading.
The app always seems to hang on 8 photos. This is getting really frustrating now.
