Unable to access Map Drive

Using the TM app, I can login and change the IP address but if I click "Map Drive", it asks for my password several times but never lets me access the screen to access the drive mapping selections. I tried a different user but that didn't work either.

Is there any special characters in your login password? Please revise your password by clicking “admin” at the top right corner of TOS webpage to remove ' "and try mapping the drive again.

No special characters.
I reset the password and that doesn't work.
I created a new user with administrative rights and that doesn't work.
I clicked to remember the password but it doesn't and it always goes through the login twice.
These sorts of problems on basic procedures should never have made it into a publicly released product.

Please go to Windows credential manager, delete the current remembered TNAS credential.
SMB access your TNAS by entering \\yourTNASIP address in File Explorer, and map the drive through Windows but not TNAS PC to see whether it’s ok. You can right click the folder you want to map, and select "map the network drive" from the list.
