When I try to create a shared folder via "+", the "Next" button simply doesn't click and nothing happens.
FS4 SSD (TOS 6.0.770-00002)

Hello, is your system a newly installed one? Have you tried replacing it with other shared folder names? Additionally, please check if the status of the storage module volume is normal.

Yes, a new system. The volume is in good condition. Simple folders are added. I can't rename the "shared folder". I can't create a shared folder

There may be file system errors. If there is no particularly important data stored, it is recommended that you format the hard drive and then reinstall the system.

Thanks for your help. How to format a hard drive, I didn't find such an option.
I have two M.2 SSDs in a RAID in my system
Upd
Resetting the settings to factory settings helped.
I will now try to configure the system

Hi! I needed to create a shared folder again. Same problem again.
The "Next" button simply doesn't click and nothing happens.
I don't want to reinstall the system anymore.
I'd appreciate any help.

Have similar situations been encountered in other operations as well?
It cannot be ruled out that it is a system blockage.
May I ask if you are running RAID synchronization or running other high usage applications, services, or containers?
Are you operating within the local area network or through a remote connection
Please generate and download the system report package in TOS Desktop > Technical Support > Report Issues, then download and send it to our support mailbox for inspection. If necessary, we can arrange an engineer to remotely inspect for you.

I haven't encountered this situation in my scenarios.
I use a TRAID of two 2TB M2 drives and work on a local network.
Previously, the problem was solved by a complete system reinstall. However, I didn't format the drives because the TOS preinstallation didn't offer formatting, and I don't know how to do it in the GUI.
After installing Docker, Immich, and Nginx, creating the shared folder failed again. I don't know exactly when.
I sent a report to
[email protected]. The email included a link to the report file on drive.google.com (Gmail doesn't allow sending zip files). I can post it here if needed.

I also tried creating a shared folder through the terminal. - "mkdir -p /Volume1/test" and also edited "/etc/samba/smb.conf" based on the existing entries. But nothing worked. After these steps, I rebooted TOS, and the "test" shared folder appeared in the system. Perhaps I restarted Samba incorrectly: "service smbd restart."
Please tell me how to correctly create a shared folder through the terminal.
Thanks for your help!

No obvious abnormalities have been observed on the system report you provided. Please schedule a time via the Live Chat window on the official website, and we can arrange for an engineer to conduct a remote inspection.
