Hi,

Is there any way to access my USB External Hard Drive in File Manager to move files to my TNAS F4-212?

The USB Copy application doesnt seem to work.

After inserting the USB external hard drive, can you mount it in Control Panel - Storage Management - USB Devices?

Once mounted, you can access it in the file manager.

If the USB folder does not appear in your File Manager after mount, your file system inside your USB may be not supported by TOS.
