[Help] Iscsi lun keep getting dropped by windows

I have a iscsi lun running from a windows server running from virtualbox hosted on a f6-424 max. the iscsi drive will go offline in windows and throw this error
the drive is not full only 50%~ ish
Disk 1 has reached a logical block provisioning permanent resource exhaustion condition.

1. Direct connection testing on physical Windows
Mount the LUN directly to the physical Windows for testing using the Windows built-in SCSI initiator
2. Check if the Thin LUN has actually used 768GB

This is a thick lin not thin so far as I can see
What does direct mount mean?

Please attempt to mount this iSCSI LUN on a real Windows PC.
