[Help] IP Address changed and I'm stuck

I have TNAS f2-424. It was working fine until I got a popup within TNAS PC that there was an issue with the IP and it needed to change it. I said ok, like a fool. Since then, I have been unable to get TNAS PC to find my TNAS.
I ran a network scan using Advanced IP Scanner. The scan found the old IP address for the TNAS, as well as the new. They are both showing. I tried to manually add the IP address to TNAS PC and it does come up with username/password prompt, but it just spins and then removes the un/pw after it spins for awhile. I also noticed that my mac address is showing with the old IP address, not the new. It just got totally borked.
I tried to factory reset my TNAS, and found that there is no pin-button to reset it, as there are on other models.
old ip:
192.168.0.142 - lists mac address too
new ip:
192.168.0.156
I'm not the best at network stuff, but I am a software developer, so I'm not a total noob. I just need some guidance.

That's the TNAS-PC version. What is running on the NAS?

Oh my, I don't know. How can I tell? I hooked a monitor to the NAS and it gave a ton of info, but I don't know any commands to do anything with it. Do you know the command to tell which version it is? I will try to watch the myriad of lines of text for it.

Found it. I am logged into the TNAS directly with a monitor and keyboard hooked into it. I found this with uname -a:
Linux TNAS-C7F0 5.15.59 #246 SMP...then the date and some other stuff

Thank you so much! I didn't even think to look under the case for the reset button. I'll dive back into this tomorrow and post how it goes.

Ok, I reset the NAS, a few times. Each time I do so, TNAS-PC locates it, then it makes me change the IP, then it borks out again and I have to reset it again. Is there a way to bypass changing the IP? I was wrong about my network scan, the 192.168.0.156 was something else entirely. Command line on the NAS says the IP is .142, even after I change it. It also says that the firmware is not found or bad or something...I forget what. I can go look, that was much earlier today that I got that message. My Dad is a Linux man, he helped me. Even he said it sounds like I killed it with changing the IP through TNAS-PC. It just isn't working and messes things up.
Is there a way to initialize without changing the IP first? It didn't ask me the first time I initialized. It didn't ask me to change it until much later after I initialized it, weeks likely. I'm at a loss. I can get so far as to see it in TNAS-PC, but no farther without borking it again. I need ideas. Please help.

Oh! I did the cat /usr/lib/version command and got this:
TOS_X642.0_5.1.145
