Where is the normal system log where I can see the reason for the shutdown of the NAS connected to the UPS?
I do not understand why when the power was turned off, Syno continued to work, Terramaster turned off and, moreover, turned off again after a while.
I only found some HTTP event log. Where is the system log?

You can check it here: /var/tmp/log/syslog
Please note that after rebooting, records will be lost. If you wish to observe the logs from just before shutdown, you can enable Debug mode. During the period when this mode is enabled, logs will be permanently recorded, thus capturing the last records before shutdown.
