[Help] D4-320 Firmware question

Hi,

So i recently purchased the D4-320 unit and wanted to make sure I was using the latest, stable firmware version. Prior to purchasing this I read about the firmware upgrade to fix some issue with duplicate ids. viewtopic.php?t=7111

But is there a way to check what version the firmware the unit has already? and how to check if its the latest firmware already? If not, can the current firmware be backed up or obtained if we experience problems with the updated firmware.

Thank you

Hello, normally, the products you purchase from our latest shipment come with the newest firmware, and currently there's no way to back up the previous firmware version.

If you encounter any usage issues, please record your operations and the problems that occurred, then contact us. Thank you for your support of TerraMaster!

If you need to confirm whether the device has been updated to the latest firmware, you can refer to the following operation guide:

Friendly Reminder: Firmware updates carry certain risks and may lead to data loss or device abnormalities.

It is recommended that you must back up important data before the update, and ensure the device has a stable power supply and normal network connection to avoid adverse effects caused by interruptions during the update process.
