[Help] New Drive install

Post by bkfootball14 »

I installed a new HDD in my T6-423 this morning and had it start repairing my RAID. I was replacing a WD Red 4TB with a WD Red 18TB. I have 6 drives in a TRAID set up. Everything seemed normal for the first hour, but now I can no longer connect to my NAS. It can't be found anywhere on my network, it wont even show in my router that it is connected. Is this normal for a RAID repair?

For array repair, this behavior is abnormal. You may try restarting the system and reattempting the repair process.
You can enable Debug mode in TOS Support & Help. If the issue persists, please send the logs to our technical support team for further analysis.
