[Help] Scheduled Reboot for F4-424Pro

Hi - I'm using the F4-424Pro with TOS 6.0.694. I am trying to schedule a regular restart via "Power On/Off Schedule".
To schedule the rebook I set a "Power Off" event at, for example, 0400. And then a "Power On" event at, for example, 0430.
The "Power Off" works. The "Power On" never happens and the unit must be manually powered back on.
Thanks!

Referring to the above post, is your F4-424 Pro connected to UPS?

Indeed it is. And coincidentally today we had a power failure. Switched over to the UPS no problem then shut down when the UPS was depleted. Despite the option set to turn on after a power outage, it did not.

Hello, we have received this issue which involves the BIOS. We are currently researching how to resolve it. Please wait patiently for our response.

OK thank you. UPS support is less important to me than auto-restart. Do we know if the power-on functions work properly if there is no UPS?
[Update] I deselected the "Enable UPS Support" (while leaving the unit plugged into the UPS) and scheduled "Power on" worked as expected.

Yes, the Auto Power On feature is available when not connected to an UPS.

Sorry - for clarity - the unit is still connected to the UPS. However, I have deselected "Enable UPS Support". The schedule "Power on" seems to be working. Will the "Auto Power On" feature work too in this case?
Assuming so, then there is a bug right? It doesn't make sense for the scheduled "Power On" and "Auto Power On" to not work when "Enable UPS Support" is activated - right? (Since UPSs with Batteries run out...).

We have conducted thorough internal verification regarding this issue. Testing revealed that when the NAS is connected to a UPS and the "Power-on Automatically" function of the TNAS is enabled, if the UPS battery is completely depleted, the TNAS device fails to power on automatically when mains power is subsequently restored.
The specific reason is as follows: The "Power-on Automatically" function of the TNAS device relies on the TOS operating system settings. When power is restored after a complete UPS discharge, the UPS sends a startup signal to the TNAS at the moment power returns. However, since the UPS has insufficient charge at this point, the TNAS device begins to power on, but the available power is inadequate to complete the startup process. This prevents the TOS system from booting successfully, which means it cannot send the signal to the BIOS to set the power-on automatically function. You can try depleting the UPS battery completely and observe what happens.
