Hi,

I have an F6-424 Max with the Photos app installed. I also have the TNAS Mobile app installed in my Android Smartphone and been using it to backup my photos/videos to the TNAS for quite some time.
In my phone, I have all my photos/videos categorized by albums (i.e. I have several folders/sub-folders). Most of them are in my microSD card but I still have some others in the phone's internal storage.

I used to select the albums I wanted to backup in the "Album Backup" section, using the "Select Album" option. However, since recently, the application is missing several albums in this option. I'm pretty sure the ones I still see are all from the phone's internal storage, so it seems like the app is missing all albums from my microSD card, which I cannot select (and therefore I cannot backup) anymore this way.

I tried clearing app cache, clearing all app data, even uninstalling/reinstalling the application, but still can't see all albums there like before.

Note: I was actually also facing another issue with the "Album Backup" feature before (the app was backing up photos/videos that were already backed up), but this one is more important. Once this is fixed, if the other issue persists, I'll open another thread for that separate issue.

1. Regarding the SD card reading problem: We have reproduced and confirmed the problem you described, that the TNAS mobile app cannot read the SD card content, resulting in the failure of photo backup. We will fix it in subsequent versions.

2. Regarding the duplicate backup problem: This problem is a known issue in the current version. We have fully evaluated its impact and related optimization work is in progress. Please wait patiently for the version update.

Any update on this? We used to be able to select albums from SD card some time ago, but apparently that functionality broke some versions back.

Hello, regarding the TNAS mobile APP's inability to read SD card content, there is currently no released fix update. We will resolve this issue in a subsequent version.

I just checked today and it seems to be possible again for the TNAS mobile app to read contents from SD card.
Not sure exactly when this was fixed since I didn't check in quite some time but, just for the records, the app version I currently have installed that seems to include the fix for this issue is V3.4.042.

Besides, the duplicate images issue also seems to be resolved: a full comparison and backup took place when I reactivated it after selecting all my albums from SD card but only the new photos were uploaded (no duplicates this time).
