Hello,
I have an F2-424 running TOS 5 and recently added a D6-320 to expand my storage. I installed 2 x 18 TB drives in the D6 configured in RAID 1, and I successfully created a new volume and transferred files to shared folders within it.

However, after restarting the F2, the new storage pool I created vanished. The system recognizes the new hard drives in the control panel.
How can I restore the storage pools without losing the data already on those drives?

Please generate and download the log report package in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to support at terra-master.com for inspection with cloud drive sharing link. (WeTransfer, Onedrive, Apple, GoogleDrive...)
This may enable us to determine the problem more accurately and quickly
