Support LDAPS (Secure LDAP) Client in TOS

Please add support for LDAPS (secure LDAP, port 636) for LDAP client connections in TOS.
Currently, TOS only allows connecting to LDAP servers via unencrypted port 389 and does not allow switching to LDAPS or custom ports via the GUI, and cannot join servers that require secure connections (like Synology LDAP Server with "Require secure connection" enabled).
This limitation makes it impossible to use TOS in secure environments where only LDAPS is allowed.
It would be great if TOS could support LDAPS and allow uploading CA certificates for secure connections.
