problem with F4-210

Hello,
I have had a Terramaster F4-210 NAS for about 4-5 months,
I have 4 discs inside. Everything has been working fine so far.
For 2-3 days, after a few hours, I no longer have access to my NAS whatsoever to access my files, from 2 different PCs, (message saying: Error when reconnecting Y : a \\ tnas-jux microsoft windows network: local device name already in use, this connection has not been restored.)
Neither access to the local administration page nor from the internet. When I go to see my box in the garage, all the LEDs are on solid green in front, and behind the orange LED is steady and green flashes quickly. I can't turn it off by pressing the button for several seconds. Force to unplug the socket and plug it back in.
I deactivated the automatic standby of my NAS, I updated the firmware yesterday, deactivated remote access from the internet. And the problem persists.
I have a problem with my box?
