[Help] Any suggestions what I could do to fix this?

Hello,
I am using terra master tnas F2-210 for about few months and all I can say is it is very easy to use and good . yesterday I shut it down by pressing power off button on NAS it self instead through application like I usually do . now , when I try to log with my app I have browser opening and telling me that I have to configure it through Admin setting .when app opens it detect it but not initialise it , I am afraid to use it because few steps later I get a message like if I continue all data will be erased ( when using admin settings) . any suggestions what I could do to fix this ? thank you
