I keep being redirect to login page even with the right username/password.
Any idea ?

Please advise your TNAS model number and TOS version? Are you trying to login with TNAS Mobile?

Model : FA-210
TOS version : 4.1.2.4-20051890955
It is back now but I lost a disk and the RAID did not recover...

Is the driver indicator light green both？And what's the RAID array please?

Hello,
The light was green for the failing disk (RAID5), however I did rebuild a new RAID with 2 disk. Now I am facing a pdifferent problem : I am tryng to re-create some shared folder and the system tells me they exist but I cannot find them anywhere.

Please try to restore your shared folders on Control panel > priviledges > shared folder > advanced
