[Help] Issue with RAID Repair on F4-423

I have a F4-423 with 4×16TB drives in TRAID. Drive 2 dropped out, and the RAID is now degraded. The drive still shows as healthy in the system.

When I try to repair the storage pool—whether with the original or a brand new 16TB drive—the Repair wizard ends with “Configuration Saved,” but nothing happens. The RAID doesn’t rebuild, and the drive isn’t added back.

Has anyone run into this or found a fix? Any help is appreciated!

Sorry for the inconvenience, what is your current TOS version? Could you format drives in windows and try to repair RAID again?

Try using the file system repair method:

https://forum.terra-master.com/cn/viewtopic.php?t=1691

Check the hard drive:

Remove the problematic hard drive from the TNAS and test and repair it using third-party professional disk tools; viewtopic.php?f=75&t=1125;

If the hard drive is confirmed to be fine: We recommend contacting technical support via email at support(at)terra-master.com or through the Official Live Chat, providing them with a system report for analysis.

(TOS Desktop > Technical Support > Report Issue)
